Nurturing yoga, deep rest and calming breathing coupled with discussions around the fourth trimester, a beautiful space for mum's to be.
This workshop offers a very gentle yoga practice alongside deep rest and heart based meditations to cultivate your ability to listen to your body and your baby.
The yoga practice will be followed by a talk and open discussion around the fourth trimester, the time of transition for your baby into the world, and for you into motherhood. This is a key time for you to develop a deeply intuitive relationship with yourself and your baby and experience confidence in your parenting. You are welcome to share your anxieties and questions as well as learn about traditional practices which can help to foster a respectful relationship with your baby.
We will share nourishing refreshments and you will be invited to join an online support group with the other members to be in contact with parents with a similar outlook as you once your baby is born. You will also be sent my guide to local and online support and advice that I have found particularly useful.
